Distribution Notification: COVID-19 Vaccines

We have been receiving inquiries about how employees and their dependents can obtain a COVID-19 vaccination and how the cost would be covered. Please download our list of Frequently Asked Questions, which you can share with your employees.

In addition to the State of Michigan website, members should go to the website of their health insurance company. Each of the sites has a section specific to COVID-19. Nearly all have resource materials that you and your employees may find helpful.

Listed below are just a few of the health insurance companies that we represent. Employees who are covered by self-funded plans or insured plans from an insurance company not listed below should call the number on their ID card.
