Open Positions
This person reports directly to the CRM Team Lead, works closely with the Enrollment, Plan Analyst, Compliance and Claims Departments. This person is responsible for maintaining a professional working relationship with the key contacts of the block of business assigned to this team member.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist clients with strategic planning, including renewals, establishing timelines
- Coordinate work with assigned team to ensure all internal activities (communication, annual calendars, project plans, customer service, etc.) are properly serviced for clients
- Communicate to the service team information about the client including buying styles, expectations, problems, concerns and other relevant knowledge to assure a consistent high level of service
- Oversee timely and accurate deliverables within established company standards
- Assist managing renewal timeline to ensure timely execution of client decisions and provided materials
- Assist with complex situations (claims, enrollment, implementation issues, etc.)
- Conduct open enrollment and new hire meetings, onsite or remote, including creation of PowerPoint presentation materials
- Implementation or carrier/vendor changes for various policies
- Updating of agency management system with policy changes or renewals, including all various aspects of information needed in the system
- Verify accuracy of rates within one-month post OE
- Ability to adapt to different clients’ needs and wants, in a professional manner
- Knowledge in and understanding of ERISA compliance, FMLA, COBRA, 5500 filings and HealthCare Reform
- Ability to handle high stress situations with clients and maintain focus on overall satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or greater, personal skills being most important
- 3-5 years of industry experience, working in Client Services or as an Account Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Health and Life license with the State of Michigan
- Contagious energy and leadership skills that portray confidence in your team members and clients
- Strong Ethical Standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving skills and organizational skills
- Must be a team player and contain interpersonal skills
- Experience with Zywave, Benefit Solver, and Employee Navigator software strongly preferred.
- Able to work independently
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Commitment to excellent customer service
